What is Fast and Fresh Catering?

Looking for food delivery sydney? It is the easiest and simplest way to organize catering – you browse our specially designed website, find just what you were looking for, then order and pay online. We then receive your order, get cooking and then deliver the freshly prepared menu items to you. Here are some of our frequently asked questions… if we have missed some feel free to get in touch.

General Questions

Do you offer catering staff service people or just the food?

We are happy to organise wait staff for your function. Hire based on a per hour rate. (minimum 4 hours). To enquire about weekends please email us at sales@fastandfreshcatering.com.au or call us on 0280687221.

Do you do pasta?

Yes, we do have lasagne on our menu if you have other specific pasta preferences please call us on 02 8068 7221.

Where are you located?

Our kitchen is based in Concord. Our delivery vans cover most areas in metropolitan sydney.

Do you have a business to business menu?

If you would like a quotation we can arrange that for you just send us an email with your requirements to sales@fastandfreshcatering.com.au.

What if we have dietary restrictions or special needs?

When you click on the item there is a comments box for you to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or special needs.

Can I place an order today and get the order delivered today?

All orders must be placed 3 days prior to event. Late orders shall only be accepted subject to checking by phone with our staff.

What happens if there is a problem with the order?

Please contact us ASAP if there is any problem with your order. The success of your function is very important to us.

Do you cater for vegetarians and people that are Gluten free?

Yes we can cater for vegetarians and people who require gluten free, halal, and any other allergies as required. If you require this please make a note in the additional information when placing your order.

All of our sandwiches platters are 20% vegetarian.

All vegetarian and gluten free items are be packed separately and marked clearly.

Ordering, delivery and payment

How do I order? 

All the catering, drinks and fruit boxes can be ordered online. Choose the items you would like and add them to the cart at the catering menu at the top and select a category, i.e. Lunch, morning tea, events , Finger Foods, etc and select your items, follow the prompts, (4 clicks and you will be finished).

How can I pay?

When paying online we accept PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal’s secure payment system with your VISA, MasterCard or AMEX credit card.

What happens next (after ordering)?

Everything you ordered will be delivered to you in our platters at the specified time and place. When you’re ready, unwrap the platters and eat at your leisure.

What are your times of delivery?

We deliver 7 days a week between 7.00am – 7.00pm. Order anytime day and night. Cut off times for ordering are 3 days prior.

What is your minimum charge?

We have minimums on many of our individual items where its a minimum of 10 or 15 to order, Our packages are the same. We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 (weekdays only). Please note we have a $500 minimum order for weekends and public holidays and if your not in the inner west suburbs of sydney there is a $50 delivery fee. Please call or email us to place the order.

Are your platters reused or disposable?

All our food delivery in sydney are presented on recycled cardboard boxes, no need to wash up or no need to put aside for collection.

Do you deliver Dinner?

Our delivery times are 7am to 7pm. We have a  delivery fee of $50 for all orders after 4pm.

I want to change/cancel an order. What do I do?

Simply contact us by email or phone, however after the cut off time (2 days prior) we cannot change, cancel, or refund an order. Please ensure your order is correct before payment.

I want to set up a corporate account?

Do you order catering on a regular basis?

Click here to download our Corporate Account Application form or contact us to set up a corporate account which will allow access to ordering without having to pay and add in payment details each time you order. Corporate accounts have 14 day terms.
