Looking for food delivery sydney? It is the easiest and simplest way to organize catering – you browse our specially designed website, find just what you were looking for, then order and pay online. We then receive your order, get cooking and then deliver the freshly prepared menu items to you. Here are some of our frequently asked questions… if we have missed some feel free to get in touch.

General Questions

Do you offer catering staff service people or just the food?

We are happy to organise wait staff for your function. Hire based on a per hour rate. (minimum 4 hours). To enquire about weekends please email us at sales@fastandfreshcatering.com.au or call us on 0280687221.

What sets Fast and Fresh catering Apart from the rest?

At fast and fresh catering sydney we offer a great selection of finger foods that are perfect for office catering or private events. Our food is freshly prepared and delivered on-time for your guests to enjoy. Our food is delivered in our Recycled Rustic Kraft Platters. We offer professional service with exceptional presentation, with healthy and delicious catering.

Where are you located?

Our kitchen is based in Mortlake. Our delivery vans cover most areas in metropolitan sydney.

How much notice do I need to give for a catering order

We request that you place your order, 3 Days or 72 hours in advance. Some Requests however can be fulfilled on the same day, please get in touch with us here.

What if we have dietary restrictions or special needs?

When you click on the item there is a comments box for you to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or special needs. Alternatively you can visit our Dietary Preferences Menu here.

How do I know if you have received my catering order and if it will be delivered on time? 


We will email you a paid invoice prior to your event regardless whether you place your order online or over the phone. This emailed invoice will be the confirmation that your order has been received. We always aim to deliver your order 15 – 20 min early on the day and where possible we send a text message to notify you your order has been delivered. Feel free to call us if you need further confirmation before your event. 

Do you cater for vegetarians and people that are Gluten free?

Yes we can cater for vegetarians and people who require gluten free, halal, Dairy Free and Vegan. If you require this please make a note in the additional information when placing your order or view our Dietary Preferences menu here.

All of our sandwiches platters are 20% vegetarian.

All vegetarian and gluten free items are be packed separately and marked clearly.

Ordering, delivery and payment

How do I order? 


All of our catering platters, drinks and waiters can be ordered online. Choose the items you would like and add them to the cart. Alternatively you can call us on 80687221 or email us at sales@fastandfreshcatering.com.au and we can take your order.

How can I pay?

When paying online we accept PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal’s secure payment system with your VISA, MasterCard or AMEX credit card. If you place your order by phone we accept all credit cards. Please note we require full payment no later than 48 hours prior to your event. 

Can I pick up my catering from your kitchens?


Unfortunately we do not offer catering pick up at this stage as we have a shared kitchen space which doesn’t allow for this, this may be available in the future but impossible at the moment.

What are your times of delivery?


We deliver 6 days a week between 8.30am – 4.00pm. Order anytime day and night. Cut off times for ordering are 3 days prior. Contact us to place your order if you require delivery outside of these hours.

What is your minimum charge?

We have minimums on many of our individual items where its a minimum of 10 or 15 to order, Our packages are the same. Our catering order minimums are $300 for weekday orders and $500 for weekend Orders

Are your platters reused or disposable?


All our food delivery in sydney are presented on recycled cardboard boxes, no need to wash up or no need to put aside for collection.

Do you deliver Dinner?

Our delivery times are 8.30am to 4pm. Please contact us to place your order if it is required outside of these hours. 

I want to set up a corporate account?

Do you order catering on a regular basis?
Click here to download our Corporate Account Application form or contact us to set up a corporate account which will allow access to ordering without having to pay and add in payment details each time you order. Corporate accounts have 14 day terms.
