At fast and fresh catering sydney we offer a great selection of finger foods that are perfect for office catering or private events. Our food is freshly prepared and delivered on-time for your guests to enjoy. Our food is delivered in our Recycled Rustic Kraft Platters. We offer professional service with exceptional presentation, with healthy and delicious Office catering.
Our kitchen is based in Mortlake. Our delivery vans cover most areas in metropolitan sydney.
We request that you place your order, 72 hours in advance. Some Requests however can be fulfilled on the same day.
When you click on the item there is a comments box for you to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or special needs.
We will email you a paid invoice 48 hours prior to your event regardless whether you place your order online or over the phone. This emailed invoice will be the confirmation that your order has been received. We always aim to deliver your order 15 – 20 min early on the day and where possible we send a text message to notify you your order has been delivered. Feel free to call us if you need further confirmation before your event.
Yes we can cater for vegetarians and people who require gluten free, halal, and any other allergies as required. If you require this please make a note in the additional information when placing your order.
All of our sandwiches platters are 20% vegetarian.
All vegetarian and gluten free items are be packed separately and marked clearly.
All of our catering platters, drinks and waiters can be ordered online. Choose the items you would like and add them to the cart at the catering menu at the top and select a category, i.e. Lunch, morning tea, events , Finger Foods, etc and select your items, follow the prompts, (4 clicks and you will be finished). Alternatively you can call us on 80687221 or email us at sales@fastandfreshcatering.com.au and we can take your order.
When paying online we accept PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal’s secure payment system with your VISA, MasterCard or AMEX credit card. If you place your order by phone we accept all credit cards. Please note we require full payment no later than 48 hours prior to your event.
Our Canape and Finger food menu is the best menu for your office event. We have a great selection of finger food for your Office catering
We deliver 7 days a week between 7.00am – 7.00pm. Order anytime day and night. Cut off times for ordering are 3 days prior.
We have minimums on many of our individual items where its a minimum of 10 or 15 to order, Our packages are the same. We offer free delivery on all orders over $200 (weekdays only) – Limited areas. Please note we have a $500 minimum order for weekends and public holidays and if your not in the inner west suburbs of sydney there is a $50 delivery fee. Any deliveries 7 days a week after 4pm will incur a $50 delivery Fee as it is outside our normal hours. Please call or email us to place the order.

All our food delivery in sydney are presented on recycled cardboard boxes, no need to wash up or no need to put aside for collection.
Our delivery times are 7am to 7pm. We have a delivery fee of $50 for all orders after 4pm.
Free Delivery may vary based on your location and the day that you place your order. For all weekday deliveries the minimum is $200 for all sydney metro areas except Campbelltown. If your not sure give us a call. For all weekends and public holidays the minimum for delivery is $500 with a $50 Delivery fee if you are outside the inner west. If you are not sure just give us a call and we will be happy to answer any questions you have about delivery areas and fees.
Do you order catering on a regular basis?
Click here to download our Corporate Account Application form or contact us to set up a corporate account which will allow access to ordering without having to pay and add in payment details each time you order. Corporate accounts have 14 day terms.
You can order and pay securely online using your credit card and our PayPal payment option.
We also offer the option for direct deposit payment.
